Customer Account
In order to purchase one of our programs and to activate it for use,
you need a Customer Account.
Of course, if you just want to come to our Website for our sardonic
wit, then you can get by without one.
Customer Information
Your Customer Account
is comprised of your name, address, phone numbers, and E-Mail address.
This allows us to
get hold of you.
We use E-Mail as the most common channel of communication.
We assign you a unique Customer Number,
and you must pick a Pass-Phrase to protect your account from others
trying to "pretend to be you." You must use this Pass-Phrase to login
to your Account at our Website.
Product Licensing
When you purchase a License for one of our programs,
we generate a unique License Number for you, for this
program. You will need this number as a "proof of ownership" in order
to receive Customer Support. You will also need this number
to activate
your program after installing it on your computer.
In addition, you will need an Activation Code
to be installed with your License Number and your Customer Number,
in order to "activate" your program. It will not run until you
activate it.
